Dear Clients
UPDATE AS OF MARCH 17, 2020:
All appointments and meetings with our office are currently being conducted by telephone only. This will be the case for at least the 14 days. We remain open and available to assist you with emergency custody/access issues affecting you and your children, as well as CAS apprehensions and other urgent matters. We are taking this precaution to be socially responsible and to protect you and your families.
On the morning of March 17, 2020 we received a memo from our court’s administration informing us that a courthouse employee tested positive for the coronavirus on the evening of March 16, 2020. That employee has not been at work in about a week, but anyone else including clients/litigants, and lawyers like myself who have been at 80 Dundas Street in the past seven days should be aware of this development.
